Recently, a Sydney based IT company approached Insurance Advisory Service with contract that had been provided to them by a third-party client.
Upon reviewing the insurances clauses within this contract, IAS recommended that the contract be reviewed by solicitors working with IAS/Steadfast and changes were recommended including some clauses to be deleted.
Outcome: Sending the policy back to the third party, the IT company secured a fairer contract for them which in turn was accepted by their third-party client.
